About us
Since our university years, we have been building the SURF-TRIP travel agency. Over time, we’ve grown up, learned a great deal, and navigated through both challenging and joyful periods. Sixteen years ago, we discovered the magic of the ocean and a healthy lifestyle—and later, yoga, which has become an integral part of our surf prep when we’re away from the coast. We were the first to start organizing surf camps worldwide. We are constantly refining them to ensure that both beginners and advanced surfers find exactly what they’re looking for—and much more.

HOSSEGOR
Hossegor is an iconic surf destination where a vibrant atmosphere meets the raw energy of the Atlantic. Visitors will find endless sandy beaches and perfectly shaped waves suitable for all skill levels. The surrounding area offers peaceful lagoons and pine forests, perfect for relaxation. BIARRITZ
Biarritz blends an elegant seaside atmosphere with a long surfing tradition and a beautifully manicured coastline. You’ll find diverse surf spots suitable for both beginners and experienced riders, complemented by stylish urban amenities. The entire area thrives on a laid-back pace and a high-quality food culture. It is a place where surfing meets French charm.
GUÉTHARY
Guéthary offers a peaceful and authentic Basque coast atmosphere that will delight both nature lovers and wave seekers. It is best known for its long, clean waves, perfect for experienced surfers looking for a smooth, flowing ride. The surrounding area is wonderful for walks and evening gatherings with sunset views. Overall, it is a place filled with tranquility and beauty.

Our Team
Tereza Olivová
You could say that Tereza is a pioneer of women’s surfing in the Czech Republic. You’ll mostly find her in Spain, Lanzarote, or the Dominican Republic—which is likely her favorite spot. While most people in the Dominican Republic spend their afternoons with a Cuba Libre, Tereza focuses on either yoga or a Mojito.
Robin Gracl
If you don’t know Robin, you haven’t been to Sri Lanka with us yet—it’s basically his second home. This incredibly energetic guy from Brno is a brilliant samba teacher, an experienced surfer, and recently, a certified ISA Surf Instructor. With Robin, there’s never a dull moment, whether you’re in the water or on dry land.
Adam Žáček
Áďa. Without a doubt the happiest face in the crew, and a total foodie. He’s one of those lucky people who can eat anything without gaining a pound—much to everyone else’s frustration! If you meet Adam in Sri Lanka, France, or Spain, he’s your guy for wave checks, restaurant recommendations, and finding the best local eats.
Martin Špatenka
Špáťa. Splitting his time between France and Sri Lanka, he’s the future of our team. Always calm and composed.
Lenka Sedlářová
Meet Léňa. She’s a girl of many talents who you’ll mostly find in France or Sri Lanka, and occasionally in Bali or the Maldives.
Otmar Oliva
Czech & Slovak Surf Champ 2019. Otík is our lead instructor and easily the best in the game. No further explanation needed.
